Celia Foy Castillo explores Rosa’s remarkable story while introducing the New Mexico Historic Women Marker Program. Castillo is the retired Chief of the New Mexico Court of Appeals and a member of the International Women’s Forum of New Mexico. Copresented by the Women’s Board of the Museum of New Mexico. Free.
